Despite arriving with a tough infection, she recovered quickly with some rest, medication, and proper care in a foster home. Now, at 6 years old, Pearl’s got more spunk than most half her age. She loves to run and play, and even after all she’s been through, her spirit is undiminished—she’s quick to smile, connects deeply, and carries a real zest for life. Dog social, Pearl gets along with most pups, both big and small, as long as they’re not pushy alpha females—she prefers a drama-free canine companion. Cats, on the other hand, are not an option: she has a history of chasing and should absolutely go to a cat-free home.
