About Elsa
Elsa is a 35-pound Heeler who has bounced back from a broken humerus, ready now for her next chapter with a patient, loving family. At a little over a year old, she brings a lighthearted spark to every roomāloves her toys with a passion, chases sticks like a pro, and after a day of activity, is perfectly content to curl up and relax. Elsa does all right with other dogs once sheās settled and they give her space, but she really prefers human company and isnāt interested in roughhousing with other dogs. Her strong prey drive is classic Heeler, but sheās proven to be good with cats in a home setting. Elsa can be wary around strangers at first; a quiet, stable home suits her best, and sheāll need an adopter whoāll let her settle in at her own pace. Once she trusts you, sheās incredibly loyal and loving. Fast-paced homes with children wonāt be a fit for her. Sheās housetrained, crate trained, spayed, and current on all her vaccines and vetting. If youāre looking for a companion whoās all heartāand a little sparkāElsa is ready for her forever family. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
