Meet Lava Girl! While she was a little shy and reserved at our facility, in her foster home she's been able to blossom! She's playful and outgoing with other cats and would do best in a home with a younger, energetic, and playful cat. It will take her some time to warm up to new environments, but once she feels safe she's an absolute doll! Here is a lovely update from her current foster family: Her personality was shy at first then she blossomed into a super playful cat! She loves rubbing her head against mine, she lays on me at night, and like is very interested in my cat peach. She would do good by herself with an owner willing to take the time to play with her often or with another cat her age that also loves to play. Overall, she's a good mix of loving and playful, but definitely more on the playful side. If I move my leg under the blanket she likes to pounce on it. I noticed she also prefers dry food over wet food and sometimes likes to sleep in high areas (she's climbed to the top shelf of my closet one time).
