About Karen Walker

Karen Walker is a 9-month-old domestic short hair kitten in Parkville, MD. She’s a bit timid at first, but don’t let that fool you—this little cat is both friendly and playful once she settles in. Karen warms up gradually, letting her true personality show to those who take the time. She enjoys being petted and snuggling after getting comfortable, relishing affection from patient adopters. Karen has slight cerebellar hypoplasia (CH), a non-contagious neurological condition that affects balance and coordination, but cats with CH enjoy full, happy lives with the right care. For Karen, a home without stairs is ideal to help her navigate safely. The rescue prefers she be adopted with another kitten or placed in a home with other animals, to support healthy social development. Karen is already spayed, vaccinated for her age, microchipped, flea treated, combo tested for FIV & FeLV, and dewormed. All medical paperwork will be provided at adoption. Ready for a steady, loving companion who’ll return your patience with cuddles? Start your journey together! Apply now.
