About Marvin And Aretha
Start your journey together! Apply now. Marvin and Aretha’s journey has been filled with both joy and challenges. Originally born in a backyard with their siblings, a caring family brought them and their mother inside to give them a chance at a better life. After being adopted, they soon realized a bustling household and an energetic resident dog were not a great fit for these sweet, quiet souls, so Marvin and Aretha returned to their foster home where they truly blossom. In a peaceful foster environment—especially one without dogs—these two are delightful companions. Aretha is the more adventurous sibling, leading the way to explore new surroundings, while Marvin follows close behind, eager to steal your heart (and your lap). Marvin is always ready for affection, often unable to wait for an invitation before curling up in your lap for scratches and pets. Aretha is a bit shy at first, preferring to observe and wait a few feet away until she feels comfortable. Once she does, she happily joins you, showing her belly for gentle pets and sometimes even attempts to share lap space with Marvin. Their favorite pastime is playing with feather wands, and together, they’ve been each other’s unwavering support—so they must find a home where they can stay together. Both kitties are spayed/neutered, FIV/FeLV negative, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
