About Tundra
Tundra is a young, large Shepherd who’s eager for a home with someone ready to be his anchor. At around 6-7 months old, he’s had six weeks of professional training, so his social skills and basic commands are coming together. Quick to form a deep bond, Tundra thrives with structure, clear communication, and a handler who values working as a team. His short black coat is striking with beige accents, and his energy level will keep active owners on their toes. Tundra gets along well with other high-energy dogs and even coexists happily with a pet pig. He plays rough and wild, but shows respect for calmer, smaller friends. Tundra is crate trained and uses a doggy door, so a new environment will take a little adjustment if you don’t have one. This boy loves toys, balls, and is always up for a movie cuddle. With his protective nature, he’s best for families with older kids and someone who will advocate for him in new situations. He has the makings of a loyal companion for someone who appreciates a smart, sensitive, large-breed dog still growing into his paws. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
