Princess SJ is a gentle, long-haired cat with soft black fur touched with brown and a deeply affectionate nature. She thrives as the only pet and prefers a quiet home, soaking up all the attention from her people. Princess SJ loves to be petted and will reward you with rumbly purrs, especially if you scratch her head. She’s playful too—bring out a laser pointer or some toys and she’ll eagerly join in. Her story began in August 2024, when she was rescued in rough condition. Originally thought to be a boy, she got the name Slim Jim before her family realized she was a princess all along. She’s come a long way since then, blossoming into a loving, wonderful companion. Princess SJ has some ongoing medical needs: she has elevated kidney levels and a heart murmur, so she requires a kidney care diet. Even so, she remains full of joy and affection for the right adopter. She does not get along with other cats or dogs, so she’d do best as the center of your world. Ready to fall in love?
