Lincoln is a three-year-old, extra-large male Great Dane with a short black coat and lives in Palm City, FL. He is house trained and will soon be neutered, and his vaccinations are current. Lincoln gets along with cats and has shown he does well with female dogs, making him a good fit for homes that already have a female canine. He would thrive in a patient, loving environment where he can continue to feel secure.

About Lincoln

Lincoln came into rescue after his previous family couldn't manage his separation anxiety. In his foster home, he's shown improvement, settling in comfortably as he adjusts to new routines. He hasn't gotten along with another male dog in the home, but did very well living with a female terrier in the past, so introductions with other dogs should be made carefully. Lincoln is about three years old and scheduled for neuter surgery. His short black coat makes his size and presence even more striking, and he's eager for attention from people—he hasn't met anyone he doesn't like yet. He’s also been non-reactive with cats, which is a plus if you have feline companions. Lincoln really deserves a home where he isn’t one of many, and while he may be happiest as a solo dog or with a female companion, he’s ready to meet his person. Born July 1, Lincoln is a passionate Cancer, eager to feel part of a family. Your new best friend is just one click away.
