Let us be coy with you, no...wait... Let Koi be with you. Koi is one of the many cats who will soon hit the two year mark at the Sanctuary. Koi came in with a number of other cats. Some were able to be adopted, though most stayed with us. Koi came to us from an unfortunate situation. Her home life changed. Her owner tried to do right by her, but we are not sure if she was angry at her life changing or if she was upset that she was at the shelter. But slowly Koi has been showing us that she has a sweet side. She just doesn't let her guard down all of the time. But when it's quiet and when she knows the Churu and the turkey lunch meat will make an appearance, she rubs on you and it gives you hope that she may not need to put her guard up ever again. Maybe in her own home she can finally drop it for good. Koi would do best in a home that would let her relax on her time. We do not recommend a home with small children.
