About Tyson
Tyson is a loyal, easygoing guy with a big heart who thrives in a calm, predictable home. He’s learned the ropes in his foster placement—Tyson is house-trained, knows basic commands like 'sit' and 'stay,' and listens well when you ask him to go to his bed or come over. He can handle a full workday alone without accidents, content to nap on the couch until you return. There’s no need for a crate, as he’s not destructive when left alone. On walks, Tyson greets other dogs with friendly energy but is still getting the hang of leash manners, benefitting from gentle reminders about direction and pace. With people, Tyson wants affection; he may be a touch nervous initially, but quickly warms up, craving hugs and attention. He does have a strong chase instinct with small animals, so a house without cats or pocket pets is recommended. Tyson rarely barks and mostly communicates through playful growls, especially during tug of war with his foster sibling. He’s happiest when chewing on tough toys or just snuggling up close. Tyson is ready to anchor a household with his loyal, gentle spirit. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
