TINMAN is Scarecrow's brother, and he can be a bit more aggressive at times with his playing, or if he gets bored has been known to go after resident cats when they're resting. Usually this is not aggressive or his wanting to play gets easily redirected to another toy or running after his sister. He is not as talkative as his sister but enjoys being close by.
