About Mochi The Meatball
Mochi the Meatball is a three-year-old English Bulldog whose spirit is as festive as her name. She's shaped like a wrapped gift you can't return (or want to!), and she’s ready for a home that appreciates her quirky charm. Mochi landed here when her previous family couldn’t keep up with her vet care; she arrived sporting a skin infection and double cherry eyes. The rescue cleared up both ailments, so Mochi now struts her stuff, complete with a little natural 'red eyeliner.' She thinks she’s a lapdog and believes attention is a basic right—if you stop petting her, you’ll definitely know. Mochi's pink leash is her prized possession and when it’s time to choose a bed, she has her own unusual techniques. Her culinary standards are clear: only American cheese slices will do. She’s a pro at window licking (copious eye drops keep her creative), and every now and then, she’ll add a leg-dragging flourish for added drama. You won’t find her chewing your shoes or making a mess—she’s fully house trained and generally respectful of your things (unless it’s your heart). Mochi gets along with other dogs, cats, and children. Her adoption package includes a wellness exam, spay, vaccines, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, eye medication, and, most importantly, a lifetime of meatball-shaped amusement.
