About Evie
Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Evie is a petite 1-year-old girl weighing about 5 lbs, with striking dark brown tabby stripes and mesmerizing eyes that always catch attention. She found herself in need of a new home after her previous caretaker moved away, and her rescuers made sure she wasn't left behind. Evie arrived with a serious dental infection, but after dental surgery where several teeth were removed, she's now healthy and content. She enjoys mostly canned food, but happily crunches on kibble treats and is doing very well with her new diet. In her foster home, Evie gets along beautifully with other cats. She's not a fan of dogs and would do best in a quieter home, as she prefers not to be picked up but still brings warmth and charm to her people. With her calm, gentle nature, Evie is ready to become a beloved member of your family. All cats adopted from The Rescue Project must be indoor-only. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
