About Emery
Emery is a black, medium-sized young cat with a gentle wobble in her step, thanks to Cerebellar Hypoplasia. This condition isn’t painful or contagious, and it doesn’t get worse over time—it just means Emery moves a bit differently, but she’s managed to master her balance and refuses to let it slow her down. She can play, eat, climb, and explore, doing everything other cats do with her own unique twist. Change still makes Emery cautious, so she’ll need a little time to get comfortable with new people. She was always the shy one in her litter, but with the right calm and patient home full of gentle encouragement and maybe some treats, she’ll settle in and become a devoted friend. Head rubs are her absolute favorite, and once she trusts you, she’ll melt into your hands. Emery loves being around other cats and dogs—they make her feel safer and give her confidence. She’s nervous with people at first, but with understanding, she blossoms. If you’re willing to move at her pace, she’s more than ready to become your loyal companion. Ready to fall in love?
