About Eeyore
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Meet Eeyore! This sweet, young boy survived a difficult hoarding situation and arrived at the rescue in very poor condition. Neglect had taken a toll on him—his teeth were severely rotted and broken despite him being only four years old. He suffered so much mouth pain that he wouldn’t eat, and constant upper respiratory infections plagued him from the infection in his mouth. When he was taken in, he weighed only five pounds! Thankfully, after full dental surgery to remove all his teeth, Eeyore made a remarkable recovery. His appetite has returned with a vengeance, his respiratory issues cleared up, and he blossomed from being nearly feral to an affectionate, friendly companion. Eeyore is now grateful to be pain-free, and he is eagerly awaiting a loving home where he can finally thrive and be cherished for the rest of his life. Please note that Eeyore is FIV positive, but he can safely live with other FIV-positive cats. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
