Oscar is a very loving and sweet dog. He was abandoned at a house - his owner moved and left him behind. He was absolutely heartbroken and didn't understand why they would leave and not take him with them. Oscar is learning how to trust again and he has come a long way. This gorgeous boy is just wanting someone to love him and never abandon or neglect him.
