Whisper is a striking gray and white medium-haired girl in Keansburg, NJ, who’s battled her way back from a rough start. After getting sick and stranded on the street, she signaled for help and was rescued by a caring family. Thorough vet care—including treatment for a stubborn URI, negative FIV/FELV tests, and a spa-level grooming—has transformed her into a healthy, spayed cat ready for a real home. Whisper stays tiny and spry, always up for chasing toys and demanding the spotlight. She enjoys brushing when the mood strikes, doesn’t mind nail trims, and does crave affection, happily snuggling once she burns off some of her high energy. She sometimes gets mild, recurring sniffles. Because of the risk to other cats, she should be your only feline, and she's currently too dominant for other animals in the mix. Slow introductions might work for dogs, but she’ll need her own space at first. With her strong personality and need for play, she’s best with older, savvy kids. Whisper will thrive with someone committed to monitoring her occasional congestion and keeping her mentally stimulated.
