Tessa is a dilute calico Domestic Short Hair cat, around 2 years and 9 months old, with a short coat. She is spayed, vaccinated, house trained, and is currently living in Devils Lake, ND. Due to her FIV positive status, she needs a little more vet care than most cats, but she’s otherwise ready for her forever home.

About Tessa

Tessa was found in Devils Lake on a cold night but quickly warmed up to life inside. She’s fond of chasing after a laser light and shows her playful side daily. Over time, she’s grown significantly more affectionate and seeks out attention more than she used to. Tessa enjoys watching the world go by from the windowsill and, in particular, always greets a certain dog she sees walking past the rescue. She is FIV positive, which means her immune system is compromised and she’ll need extra care—regular vet visits twice a year, and prompt attention if she ever seems under the weather. With attentive care, Tessa can lead a long, happy life. She gets along well with both other cats and children. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
