He was seized as part of a cruelty investigation. He has badly inflamed nictitating membrane glands in his eyes. As soon as we were legally able to, we scooped him up, got him settled into a loving foster home and scheduled him for surgery. Dutch is the definition of a velcro dog. He adhere's to his person and follows them everywhere. He's a big, strong, goofy boy and we've begun basic obedience training with him.
