Zoey has been with us since she was an itty bitty baby, for what reason - we have no idea! Her personality is so bright. Zoey is high energy, playful, spunky, but the best overall way to describe her is quirky. Although it may take her a sec to warm up to you, once she does you’ll share all of the laughs and immensely enjoy her company.
