About Short Stack
Short Stack takes her time with new people, tending to hang back until she feels safe. She talks a lot and connects closely with other cats—having another feline around is a must for her. She doesn’t have experience with dogs, so a home without them would be best. Her favorite thing is chasing a laser pointer, and she loves finding cozy corners in boxes or nestled up with her foster siblings. While food motivates her, humans need to earn her trust patiently. For Short Stack, a calm household with one or two adults suits her best—places with a lot going on or small children would overwhelm her. After raising her kitten Maple Syrup, who’s now adopted, Short Stack is looking for her own quiet space. With a gentle, patient owner who respects her boundaries, she’ll slowly open up. If your home is a peaceful one and you’re in no rush, Short Stack could be exactly who you need. Your new best friend is just one click away.
