Rosie is the most precious little chow. Once she knows she can trust you, she loves with her whole heart but at first she may be a bit aloof and standoffish. A local adoption only so that you can come and spend some time with Rosie and get to know her. To know her is to love her. Rosie is not leash trained. Rosie is available for adoption thru the Tunica Humane Society.
