About Scott
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Scott is searching for a loving forever home where he can truly thrive. As part of his adoption, you can take comfort knowing that dogs from Troy Animal Rescue Project come fully up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heartworm negative (age appropriate), and kept current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. The adoption process ensures every dog finds the right family—interested adopters fill out an application, participate in a virtual home visit and vet reference check, and then schedule a meet and greet to get to know their new companion. Home visits and vet references are required, and for those in rental properties, a copy of the lease confirming pet approval is needed. If you’ve had a pet recently, providing a previous vet reference will speed up the process, while new pet owners or those whose last pet was more than two years ago are asked for a personal reference. Appointments to meet Scott are conveniently scheduled based on staff availability. Please note that Troy Animal Rescue Project is not open to the public without appointment, and their dedicated team ensures every adopted dog is fully healthy before heading home. Adoption fees for Scott are $100 and the rescue is located in Brundidge, AL. As a fun fact, since Scott was born on October 10, he’s a charming Libra—Libra dogs are known for their affectionate and social natures. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
