About Vance

Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Vance is a large, gentle, and laid-back cat estimated to be around four years old. This super friendly boy originally came to the rescue during a 2023 TNR project and was quickly adopted over the Christmas holidays. Unfortunately, he recently returned to the rescue for reasons that remain unknown, although it may have been due to changes in his household rather than any fault of his own. His caretakers are saddened that Vance is now seeking his third home in just four years. He is a sweet cat who loves attention and can be a bit talkative at times. Vance gets along very well with other cats and has tested FIV-positive, but this is nothing to fear—FIV-positive cats can enjoy long, healthy lives with the right care and can safely live with FIV-negative companions. Staying current on vaccinations and regular checkups helps keep him happy and healthy. If Vance sounds like a great fit for your family, now is the perfect time to meet him. Adoption includes neuter, up-to-date vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment, FIV/FeLV testing, and a microchip for your peace of mind. Start your journey together! Apply now.
