As a spayed female, she is up to date on vaccinations and weighs in on the larger side for her breed. She is mostly house trained and has a playful nature, enjoying fetch and tug with her humans. Oneida has experience living with cats, does not prefer other dogs, but connects well with respectful older children.
About Oneida
Oneida is officially on the lookout for her new family. This larger French Bulldog lady is about six years old and knows exactly what she wants out of life and home. She shows her classic Frenchie attitude: quirky, particular, and reactive at times. Oneida does best with the right matches; while she’s been fine with cats and mostly non-reactive dogs, she tends to choose her friends carefully and is far happier as the only dog in the household. Sharing food, treats, or toys is off the table if other dogs are around, but she lights up playing fetch or tug with her favorite people. Oneida opens up fast if there are treats for motivation and connects especially well with dog-savvy, respectful children—her favorite connection so far is a nine-year-old family friend. She is crate trained and basically potty trained (though, as anyone with a Frenchie knows, there are always a few quirks). Spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, she’s ready to settle into her perfect-fit home. Oneida sometimes needs time to warm up to new faces, but once she’s comfortable, her playful personality really shines. Born January 1, 2020, that makes her a Capricorn—no surprise she likes a routine and knows her boundaries. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
