Meet LULU LULU was found living on the patio in a mound of sunflowers with her 5 babies last Fall. Her babies had just opened their eyes. She was placed in a temporary foster home until the babies were weaned. Her babies were rescued and they made it safely to rescue and we continued to work with LULU, who was semi feral. We believe she must have experienced some sort of physical abuse because every time we placed her food or water in her kennel, she cowered as if she was going to be hit. It took months to get her beyond this. Today, she is very shy but wants to be loved. She enjoys playing with toys and has the softest little meow when you say her name. She has been around other cats her entire time in foster care. We are unsure of how she would be around dogs or little people so a calm adult home will be her happy place. She needs a little time to warm up and then is as sweet as pie . Who will apply to fall head over heels in love with this tiny face?
