About Maverick
Maverick landed at the rescue after his people left him behind. He took some hard knocks scraping by on the streets and, at first, tried blending with local community cats. Initially mistaken for feral, Maverick was neutered, vaccinated, and treated for injuries and infection, with a tipped ear as the proof. Once the noise and pressure faded, Maverick proved himself anything but wild—he just needed a break and a safe corner to decompress. Now with his health back on track, he's looking for a peaceful setup: a quiet adult home or one with older kids, ideally with a laid-back cat companion, since he does well with other mellow felines. Maverick’s soft gray coat and gentle, reserved nature stand out the most, along with his knack for adjustment once trust is earned. If a considerate, low-key companion sounds right, Maverick might be your match. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
