Frank is very mischievous! He loves to get into things and find new and inventive ways to fit his liquid body into different small spaces. He is not a fan of other cats so a home where he is the only feline friend is most desirable. He is sweet when he wants to be, he just has a bit of an attitude and he'll tell you all about it with his meows.
