Penelope is similar to her sister Coyote in that she is a very shy and reserved young pup. We have been working on their one on one socialization but Penelope is taking a bit to come out of her shell. She is great when she is around her siblings, but she will need time to let her personality shine. She does love plushy toys and seems to be treat motivated, but time and patience will be a must for her to warm up.
