Introducing the delightful and adorably quirky Squashy Nice! 🌟 This funny little bundle of joy, affectionately known as Squash, Squish, Squoosh, Smoosh, Shorty McSnorty, or even Buzzsaw, has a personality as vibrant as her many nicknames! 🤣 This petite Frenchie pup has had quite the journey. Once used by a breeder until her medical needs became too much of a burden, she was sadly abandoned to roam the streets. When she arrived at the shelter, she had severe ear infections, leading the staff to believe they would need to close her ear canals permanently. 😢 But thank goodness for the diligent work of the shelter team—after some much-needed love and medication, her ears are now in tip-top shape, and she can hear the pitter-patter of paws that will soon surround her! Born around February 2023, this little sweetheart has already had a taste of motherhood, possibly more than once! Initially emaciated when she came to our rescue, Squash now tips the scales at a happy and healthy 22ish pounds—although it's vital for her to stay in shape to keep her joints happy and healthy. 🏃‍♀️ She may not be built like a greyhound, but let me tell you, her snorts could give a potbelly pig a run for their money! 🐷 While she has the energy of an area rug—occasionally enhanced by a zesty zoomie—you’ll be surprised at how quickly she’s settled into her foster home! Squash is seeking thoughtful, patient pet parents who understand what it takes to nurture a puppy with lovely manners. 🏠 She's on her way to becoming the best-mannered Frenchie on the planet, and let’s be honest—who doesn't love a smart little gremlin who’s just a tad treat motivated? 🍖 Her forever family should ideally have older children, a quiet low-energy environment, and a mellow canine friend. A fenced yard is a must, though it doesn’t need to be sprawling. And while stairs are a bit of a challenge for this darling, she gets along fabulously with everyone she meets!
