About Meatball Marinara
Meet Meatball Marinara—the big, happy, hefty blockhead just waiting to bulldoze his way into your heart (and, probably, your water bowl). This exuberant American Bully mix landed at the shelter as a stray, and while no one knows his backstory, he’s clearly focused on the present—radiating joy and an infectious, goofy energy that’s impossible to ignore. Meatball lives for affection and cannot get enough physical contact—he’ll nudge, wiggle, and roll his way into every guest’s lap given the chance. He’s a shelter favorite for volunteer visits, loving every second of attention and greeting everyone with full-body wiggles and relentless optimism. But let’s be real: Meatball has very little awareness of his size. He’s like a linebacker in a room full of toddlers—unintentionally knocking things, and sometimes people, over in his wake. For that reason, he’ll do best in a home with older, sturdy kids who are prepared for a lovable but clumsy housemate. With dogs, Meatball is non-reactive and extremely tolerant around other large, sturdy, social pups, but he’s probably not the right buddy for small or frail pets, or cats that don’t appreciate forceful affection. Meatball is pure, high-energy joy—he’ll need lots of exercise, ongoing training, and a family who appreciates his boisterous, dopey charm. He isn’t house trained yet, but he’s motivated more by love and companionship than anything else. If you’re ready for a block-headed best buddy who brings constant laughs, Meatball Marinara may be your new favorite housemate. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
