About Lyla
Click apply to start the adoption process. Lyla is a well-mannered, 4-year-old terrier/black lab mix with impeccable house manners who is looking for her forever home. With a big heart and gentle spirit, she’s the perfect companion for walks, snuggles, and everything in between. While her foster family has shown her love, she is ready to find her own family to adore. Lyla gets along wonderfully with other dogs and, although she hasn't lived with children, she would likely do well with older kids. She can also be cat tested upon request. A fenced yard would make her happiest, giving her a safe space to run and play, and she has no food or toy aggression, making meals stress-free. Whether you’re at work or home, Lyla entertains herself without getting into trouble, and at night she finds comfort with her favorite stuffed toy. She prefers slow introductions with new dogs and would love a family who values her loyal and gentle nature. Lyla is ready to provide endless snuggles and a bit of protection, especially when it comes to keeping an eye out for delivery drivers! Give her a loving home, and she will stand faithfully by your side, leaving the noisy shelter behind for good. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
