Toast was left in the lobby in a crate standing in his own feces/urine. He was underweight and very stressed for obvious reasons. We did track down the person who dumped him and found out he has been severely abused and the shelter was the safest place for him. Toast is amazing and deserves a loving home where he is the only pet and no young children.
