Noelle is a beautiful grey and white teenager. Approximately 9-12 months. She was taken in by a local community member who did the right thing. She is spayed, microchipped and UTD on vaccines. Noelle needs a new home. Basically, she is a submissive teenager......and yes you read that right!! She was surrendered because her home had a very dominant, older cat, that had her hiding under the couch all day long and caused Noelle to suffer physical upset.
