Buddy is a 3 year old male border collie/black labrador mix. Buddy was abused in his first home and then abandoned with WAR but under WARs care and attention, he has learned that not all humans hurt. He is listed as special needs because he is not good with children and would be best suited in a family without children and in a home where he has space to boogie!
