Heeeeere's Johnny! This gorgeous chocolate/tan brindle mixed breed boy is about 3 years old and weighs just over 50 pounds. He's all muscle too! He came to us recently from Bradford County and quickly was a fan favorite just by flashing those ears and cute face! Johnny is super people friendly and enjoys having someone play with him and love on him. But try to walk away and he will let you know to come back really quick. He loves to talk! As we have gotten to know him, and he us, his infectious personality shines through! And we love him! He should be in an only dog home right now. He is dog selective although he seems to "want" to play with some of the dogs at WAG, he just needs to learn better play manners- which we are working on with him. He does well on a leash but is strong and will require someone who is capable of handling him. He knows simple commands and is very treat motivated. Coupled with being so smart, this makes him highly trainable. He is curious about big farm animals, as he showed on a recent field trip. We do not know how he is with cats. However, if you need us to, WAG is able to cat test him before you adopt. Johnny just needs an adopter that will be patient, loving and consistent with him. He deserves so much love and cuddles.
