Frankie is a stocky, black brindle mixed breed born on December 1, 2016—he’s a Sagittarius, which might explain his love of adventure once he warms up to new people. At about 55 lbs, Frankie adores those he gets to know and, once settled, quickly becomes a loyal cuddler. After a long stint at the rescue, kennel stress got the best of him, but thanks to The Evolved K9 foster team, Frankie has made remarkable progress and is much calmer now in a home environment. He gets along with calm dogs if introduced slowly and properly and really enjoys the company of cats. Frankie isn’t suited to homes with young children; a quiet, adult-only household is his comfort zone. He’s house trained, well-mannered on leash, and knows a handful of commands—Sit, Place, Heel, Come, Down, and Stay.
