About Blue

Blue was found with a harness that had cut into his leg some. He was scared and alone. Once his foster picked him up and he realized he was safe, he immediately blossomed. He runs and plays with his foster siblings. He does well on a leash and likes car rides. He is ready to be a forever friend to his new family.
