This sweet and resilient boy endured three months in the shelter after being rescued from a difficult past, but he hasn't lost his loving spirit. Shiloh is incredibly patient—he waited calmly for hours while he was being thoroughly groomed, and he genuinely enjoys meeting new canine friends at the rescue.
