About Sally & Birdie
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Meet Sally and Birdie, a bonded pair who have been the best of foster sisters for over two years. Birdie is the outgoing one—she adores attention and is always ready to become your lap cat, snuggling up whenever she gets the chance. Sally is a bit more reserved and prefers a gentle approach, thriving on soft head rubs and soothing back strokes once she feels secure. These two kitties are deeply attached to each other and need a calm, quiet home where they can relax and blossom. Loud noises and crowds aren’t their favorite, so adoption events make them nervous: Sally’s worried face can make her look grumpy, and Birdie’s tendency to cry when anxious shows her heart on her sleeve. But in a safe space, their endearing personalities shine. Sally can spend hours birdwatching and chirping quietly, while Birdie enjoys playtime with her favorite toy mice and climbing towers between cuddle sessions. Both have been raised in loving foster homes, and are up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered, FELV/FIV tested, and microchipped. Ready to give this sweet duo the peaceful forever home they deserve? Sally and Birdie are waiting for a special family at Springfield Kitty Cat Shack Rescue. This could be the start of something paw-some.
