About Benny
Click apply to start the adoption process. Benny is a loving, sensitive boy who embodies the wonderful traits of his German Shorthaired Pointer heritage. Born in November 2019 to two GSP mixes, he was adopted out with his brother but found his way back to the rescue when his previous owner had to move. Benny currently stays at a boarding and daycare facility, where he thrives in the company of other dogs—though he would do best in a home without small dogs. This gentle fellow weighs around 55 pounds and is known for being affectionate and great with children. He is fully house trained and spends his nights in a crate, but would much prefer a home where frequent crating isn't needed. Benny is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm negative, and will go home with a Seresto collar to keep him protected. Benny truly deserves to find a permanent, loving home where he can shine and share his sweet nature. Think you are the one? Submit an application!
