Nyla
AvailableNyla is an American Bulldog/mixed breed living in Port Saint Joe, FL. She’s a young, large female who’s already spayed and has completed her heartworm treatment. Vaccinations are up to date. Nyla is searching for someone who will offer her a calm and loving environment where she can truly feel safe.
About Nyla
Nyla is sweet, shy, and soulfully gentle. Surrendered with her sister after losing her home, she spent her early days in the shelter wary, rarely eating, and uncertain about her new world. Patient care and soft sweaters eased her transition, letting her start to show real resilience. Nyla’s turned a corner—her eyes now search out a familiar hand, especially at cuddle time. This girl lives for affection, curling up close at every chance and craving comfort over excitement. Long walks aren’t for her; she prefers a short stroll and a safe, calm spot on your couch. She can be picky about canine company, so a meeting with any resident dogs is a must. After testing positive for heartworms at arrival, Nyla completed her treatment and is now heartworm negative. She’s spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She’s looking for a peaceful home where she can relax, heal, and finally be adored for exactly who she is. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
