About Dolly
Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today. Dolly is a gentle Great Pyrenees whose calm demeanor makes her a joy to have around. Born in February 2023, Dolly is a large, healthy, fully grown female who has overcome a tough start in life. Once found alone and wary of people, she has flourished in foster care and learned to love indoor comforts, affection, and companionship. Her coat is growing in beautifully as her confidence grows with her devoted foster family. Dolly thrives around people and other dogs. She delights in playtime with canine friends and appreciates relaxing alongside them, both inside and outdoors. She can be shy when meeting strangers, especially men, but with patience and understanding, she settles in and feels at home. Dolly is house trained and reliably waits to go outside. She responds well to leash walks and enjoys car rides, making her an adaptable companion. While she is not crate trained and prefers not to be confined, she feels secure when left at home with another dog. Dolly does best in homes with other playful, dog-friendly companions and values a calm environment where she can lounge and enjoy quality time with her family. Her ideal adopter understands her need for reassurance and enjoys the company of a low-energy, affectionate dog. Dolly’s loyalty and resilience make her a truly wonderful addition to a loving home. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
