Dale is a striking American Bulldog mix about 2 years old and on the larger side. He’s a low-key, chill companion most content snuggling up with blankets and his people. Half-mile walks are usually enough for him—he’s not one to demand long adventures. Dale is crate-trained, house trained, and does well in a crate and rotate setup. He’s been socialized behind barriers with other dogs, and his fosters report he handles slow canine introductions well. A trainer-assisted meet and greet is recommended for introducing him to new resident dogs. Dale is very affectionate but also physically strong, so potential adopters should be comfortable managing a solid, powerful dog. He tends to have a small prey drive and isn’t a fit for homes with cats. Otherwise, Dale would do well in a variety of households given his easy-going, snuggly nature.
