Sam has come a long way from his days as a nervous stray kitten with his brothers. He remains a timid cat, needing time and patience to build trust with new people, but he enjoys being brushed and petted by those he knows. Quick movements or unfamiliar faces still make him uneasy, so he’ll need understanding adopters who offer reassurance instead of pressure. Sam gets along with most cats—especially his brother Riley—and coexists peacefully with the adult male cat in his foster home.
