Freya
AvailableFreya is a medium-sized, short-coated female Boxer with a white and cream coat. Currently located in Amory, MS, she’s an adult dog who has been spayed and is fully vaccinated. Freya is not fully house trained yet and would do best with continuing support in this area. She gets along with dogs her own size but should not live with cats.
About Freya
Freya is a short, expressive boxer with an unforgettable grumpy mug and plenty of sass to spare. She’s the kind of dog who taps around the house and isn’t shy about letting her opinions be known, especially if you interrupt her fun. Stuffed toys don’t stand a chance—Freya loves nothing more than tearing into plushies and leaving little fluffs everywhere. She wants to find the right family, so she’s being a little picky—and honestly, she deserves to be. At about four years old, Freya came in as a stray, so her backstory is a mystery. She’s spayed, up to date on all her shots, and has been on heartworm prevention. Freya plays well with other dogs her own size, but cats or birds would just tempt her into mischief—she sees them as fluffy toys, not housemates. She’s mostly house trained but needs someone to help her fully get there, especially now that cold weather makes her hesitate to step outside. Crate training isn’t an issue, though she’s just as happy to sprawl out on cushions or a soft bed when it’s time to recharge. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
