Cindy Lou Who came in as a very thin, scared kitty. With patience and food, she's become a fatter cat but is still very scared and would be best as possibly a barn cat? She's not fond of people to be very honest. Maybe someone with a lot of patience and a quiet room where she can hide until she's ready to come to terms with people might do her well.
