About Mystras
Mystras, or Mys Mys as he’s affectionately called, is a gentle and watchful cat who feels most at home observing from a quiet spot. Shy by nature, he warms up slowly—especially if there’s another cat around to show him the ropes. He gets along well with feline friends, provided introductions go at his pace. Mys Mys favors comfy beds and little hideaways where he can unwind out of the spotlight. He’s not the type to curl up on your lap right away, but he can’t resist Churu treats, and Temptations are the fastest way to his heart. With people, Mys Mys is quietly present, moving through the day with soft, high-pitched chirps, saving his playful streak for a burst of zoomies and games with wand or laser toys from a safe distance. A peaceful home suits him best; he settles in more deeply when he can take his time and choose when to engage. He’ll thrive with patient people who let him be himself. Mys Mys is very closely bonded with his companion Naxos—the two must be adopted together. They’re currently in foster care in Fort Lupton, CO, waiting for a gentle home that will welcome both.
