Shakira was rescued in Mexico, spayed and made her way to us in Seguin Texas. She is still coming out of her shell and is the shyest of her siblings. We suspect she may have been abused due to her original fear of people and how she reacts to expressive behaviour. She plays well with other dogs and has been on a leash before.
