Harvey is a sweet and resilient 3–4-year-old pittie mix who has come a long way. He was rescued after being found tied up and neglected in a backyard in Kansas and spent nearly a year in a shelter before making his way to Colorado. Now he’s enjoying life in a foster home with five other dogs, soaking up love, playtime, and fresh air. Harvey is a fun, outdoorsy boy who loves to play with other dogs, especially those with easygoing temperaments. He does best with confident handlers who understand the breed and can offer consistent guidance—Harvey knows what he wants and can be a little stubborn sometimes!
